NextGen - The pitch competition for young talents
Shaping the future of the travel industry!
Young talents full of ideas took the opportunity at the NextGen Pitch Competition on 3 March at ITB Berlin 2026 to develop creative solutions for current challenges in tourism. Working in diverse teams and supported by industry professionals, participants created innovative approaches for the future of the travel industry. The competition was aimed at young talents from the travel industry, including students, trainees and young professionals.
