Important: Tickets sales and voucher redemption will only be available in advance and online via the trade show's ticket shop. There will not be any box offices on site.

Each ticket allows personal access to ITB Match & Meet – the matching platform of ITB Berlin. Get in touch with exhibitors and other trade visitors in the run-up to the trade fair and arrange appointments.

It pays to be quick - until 14 January 2025 you can secure a trade visitor ticket at the Early Bird price!

New: Ticket for the ITB Transition Lab

The ITB Berlin Transition Lab enhances the ITB Berlin Convention program with exclusive side events. The Lab equips industry pioneers with the knowledge needed to actively drive the tourism industry's transition.

In this first lab, the focus will be on marketing transition. Participants will gain deep insights based on exclusive research, as the lab will present 20 key insights in just 90 minutes. Topics will include: "AI-driven Search vs. Algorithm Aversion: How to Navigate?" and "Is Sustainability a Marketing Factor?“

Disability pass

Ticket holders with a disabled person's ID card (mark ‘B’, ‘Bl’, ‘GL’, ‘aG’ or ‘H’) will receive a free ticket for the accompanying person on presentation of their ticket at a help desk on site.

Order tickets from abroad

International visitors receive further special conditions when purchasing their admission online ticket at one of our international representatives in their country. They will also be happy to assist you in preparing your visit to the trade show and for visa inquiries.
