Press Services for ITB Berlin 2025
Under the slogan “The World of Travel Lives Here,” the world’s leading travel trade show will once again welcome thousands of journalists and bloggers from around the globe from 4 to 6 March 2025. To ensure optimal working conditions for journalists, ITB Berlin provides a comprehensive media service: from online accreditation and media-specific press materials to a state-of-the-art Media Centre with dedicated workstations in Hall 6.3.
Online Accreditation
You can now register online for ITB Berlin 2025. Please note the accreditation guidelines. Upon successful registration and review, you will receive your accreditation and badge with a personal QR code for entry, sent via email as a PDF attachment. Please present your QR code at the entrance. Tickets are non-transferable.
Accreditation during the Trade Show
Journalists can register online throughout ITB Berlin 2025.
Note: On-site accreditation at the press counters will not be available. Please ensure you register online in advance.
Press badges for ITB Berlin 2025 are valid from March 4 to 6, 2025, starting at 8:30 a.m. until the trade show closes at 6 p.m. each day. They also grant access to the opening press conference on 3 March at the CityCube Berlin. All badges are non-transferable and must be accompanied by valid identification. Some exhibitors may require separate registration for access to specialized areas.

You can find all reported press events for ITB Berlin here. Additional exciting press conferences and presentations by exhibitors will take place at the Presentation Hub in Hall 5.3. Dates will be updated continuously starting mid-January.
Media Centre at ITB Berlin
The Media Centre is the central hub for journalists at ITB Berlin, providing excellent working conditions and a wide range of informational services and materials. The nearest entrances to the Media Centre are the South Entrance and CityCube Berlin.
The modern Media Centre in Hall 6.3 will be open daily from March 3 to 6, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. This is where you’ll find:
• The ITB Berlin press team
• Organizers’ press materials
• Around 200 workstations for journalists
• A lounge area with an adjacent press bar
• Up-to-date information and event schedules
• Free Wi-Fi and LAN-equipped workstations
• Editorial offices
Please note: Due to heightened security measures, lockers will not be available at the Media Centre.

Efficient Networking with ITB Match & Meet
All networking requests for ITB Berlin 2025 will exclusively run via ITB Match & Meet, the new platform for all ticket holders and accredited journalists. This tool enables targeted business connections even before the event begins:
• Easy Access: Basic details are automatically transferred from your accreditation to your profile.
• Smart Matching: Filters and a matching scale help identify ideal contacts based on shared interests and profile details.
• Targeted Search: Identify specific groups, such as fellow journalists, speakers, or ITB Buyers Circle members.
• Integrated Planning: Calendar and chat functions simplify scheduling and direct communication.
• Efficient Follow-Up: Contacts can be downloaded as a file for post-event networking.
Cloakroom
Journalists with ITB Berlin 2025 accreditation can use the cloakrooms at the main entrances free of charge.
Broadcast Vehicles and TV Crews
We will facilitate access to the venue for broadcast vehicles and live/TV crews with equipment. Please email your request to presse-itb@messe-berlin.de as soon as you know your filming schedule (time, location, and crew details). Ensure all crew members are pre-registered online.

ITB Berlin 2025 will take place from Tuesday, 4 to Thursday, 6 March as a B2B event. Since 1966, ITB Berlin has been the World’s Leading Travel Trade Show. As in previous years, the internationally acclaimed ITB Berlin Convention will take place parallel with the show as a live event on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds. Under this year’s heading ’Pioneer the Transition in Travel & Tourism. Together.’, leading speakers from business, science and politics examined current and future challenges facing the industry on four stages and at a total of 17 theme tracks with over 24,000 visitors in attendance.
