New: Ticket for the ITB Transition Lab
The ITB Berlin Transition Lab augments the programme of the ITB Berlin Convention with exclusive side events and gives industry innovators the expertise they need to actively shape a changing tourism industry. The focus of this first lab is on marketing transition. Attendees will receive in-depth information with up-to-the-minute and exclusive data: 20 key takeaways in 90 minutes. Among the topics are ’AI-driven Search vs. Algorithm Aversion: How to Navigate?’ and ’Is Sustainability a marketing factor?’. Attendees can compare their results with those of global competitors and derive concrete, actionable strategies for their own company from statistical findings. An extra ticket, available at the early bird rate of 158 euros (regular price 198 euros) in the ticket shop, provides access to the lab.
ITB Match & Meet ensures efficient networking – ITB Navigator features important event information.
At ITB Berlin 2025, the new ITB Match & Meet networking function will for the first time handle all contact requests. It can currently be accessed by all ITB Berlin ticket holders and allows them to efficiently search for business contacts even before the show begins in March. Clicking on the personal link in the ticket purchase or accreditation confirmation automatically transfers basic details to your personal profile. The platform features intelligent filter and search functions for finding the right contacts and generates personalised matching suggestions based on the user's profile details and interests.
Using a matching scale, you can identify suitable contacts at a glance. As always, regularly updating your profile ensures best results. The filters help to easily select specific visitor groups such as media professionals, speakers and members of the ITB Buyers Circle. An integrated calendar function makes scheduling easier, while the chat function encourages direct dialogue. Contacts can be collected and downloaded as a file for efficient follow-up business.
The ITB Navigator has additional information and functions to ensure optimum preparation and success at the show. As the main user interface, it contains detailed information on all events from January 2025. Optimised filters make it easier to efficiently search for exhibitors as well as convention and event programmes, which are regularly updated. A favourites function can be used to save important programme items and exhibitors. In order to ensure all of a company’s contacts are clearly visible, all employees should log in with their ticket code and use the ITB Match & Meet function.
From January, an interactive map of the grounds will be available too, making it easy to navigate the exhibition grounds. Selected ITB Berlin Convention sessions will be livestreamed during the show. All ITB Navigator functions as well as live streams from all the convention stages and Presentation Hub can be accessed without a ticket or logging in.

Registration opens for the ITB Buyers Circle – the exclusive meeting place for top international buyers
ITB Berlin is again inviting top decision-makers from the international travel industry to apply for the ITB Buyers Circle.
