ITB Berlin Videocast: Focus on digital transformation and AI

AI has become a standard travel industry topic and promises fundamental change. At the same time there is an ongoing intense debate about how companies can sensibly integrate and exploit AI. Demand is growing in particular for research findings, practical results and expert views.

The digital transformation is the topic of the latest ITB Travel Hero Videocast, which has a special focus on AI. Dirk Rogl, Dr. Markus Heller and Lea Jordan, members of the ITB Berlin Convention’s Board of Experts, provide fascinating insights into the potential that digital technologies offer, and preview the ITB Berlin Convention.
