Organizing a successful trade show presence is complex. To assist you, we have compiled all essential information, services, and rules for trade show organization on the following pages. We wish you smooth preparations for ITB Berlin!

Important Dates
- Event duration: 3 - 5 March 2026
Daily opening hours: 10 am - 6 pm (exhibitor access hours: 8:30 am – 7 pm) - Setup: 24 February 2026, 7 am – 10 pm until 2 March 2026, 7 am – 10 am (construction) / 10 pm (decorative)
- Dismantling: 5 March 2026, 7 pm – 10 pm and 6 – 9 March 2026, 7 am – 10 pm
- Registration deadline: 1 September 2025
