Whether it’s hybrid press conferences, product launches, or award ceremonies, the Presentation Hub combines digital reach with the benefits of a live presence at the trade show.

Present your vision

At the Presentation Hub, you can book a 45-minute presentation slot in Hall 5.3, conveniently located next to the Media Center in Hall 6.3. This format combines the best of both worlds: live streaming on the ITB Berlin Digital Platform and the chance to interact with your audience in person.

The program runs parallel to the ITB Berlin Convention (4 – 6 March 2025). Invite VIP clients and industry experts to attend live on-site and make the most of networking opportunities after your presentation.

Stage options:
Choose between a traditional podium (for 2–3 speakers) or a seating arrangement.

High-quality equipment:
Large displays (55–75 inches), three cameras for professional recordings, and a fully lit stage.

Flexibility:
Make use of a headset or handheld microphone and optionally invite up to two remote speakers (additional fee applies).

Comprehensive service:
Inclusion in the ITB Berlin event program, onboarding 15 minutes before the start, and 15 minutes of post-event wrap-up time.
