Here, you won’t just get information but real insights too: students and alumni are on-site to share first-hand experiences about daily life at their institution and what you can expect.

In the recruiting area of the Career Center, everything is about your dream job! Meet HR representatives from small and large companies who can help you with your career choices. At the job board, you’ll find plenty of current job openings. Additionally, the Federal Employment Agency offers helpful application tips, and the best part: you can get a professional application photo taken on-site – free of charge!
NextGen Tourism Solutions Lab
Are you full of ideas? Do you want to help shape the tourism industry?
Then the pitch competition on march 4th at ITB Berlin 2025 is your stage! Take the opportunity to develop creative solutions for current challenges in tourism - all in an exciting, diverse team with the support of industry professionals. The competition is aimed at young professionals in the travel industry: students, trainees, and young career starters.
Why should I take part?
- 1. Network: Make contacts with other young professionals and industry representatives.
- 2. Unique teamwork: Be creative and develop solutions that could shape the travel industry of tomorrow.
- 3. Learning through practice: Work under realistic time pressure and train important skills such as problem solving, presentation and time management.
How does the competition work?
1. Diversity meets team spirit
The groups are put together in advance by drawing lots to create an inspiring working environment.
Register now - alone or as a duo!
2. Time to get creative
At the start of the competition, each group will be given an exciting challenge from the travel industry.
The aim: to develop an innovative solution that inspires.
3. Teamwork for Success
Work on your solution as a team, create a convincing pitch deck and prepare your presentation. You will receive support from experienced mentors from the industry who will be on hand to advise you.
4. Pitch your Vision!
Present your idea in a short pitch of 5-10 minutes in front of the jury and the audience!
The best idea will be awarded a prize by the jury.
