General trade fair information

The “Room of Silence” functions as a non-denominational prayer and retreat room and is located on the summer garden side of Hall 6.2, diagonally opposite the Marshallhaus.
If you have any questions, please contact info@messe-berlin.de.
Minors who have not yet reached the age of 14 may only enter the exhibition grounds if accompanied by an adult.
Checkrooms are located at the respective entrances:
- North Entrance (Hall 19)
- Entrance Hall 21
- South Entrance
- Service Center Hall 7 (SCH7)
- Hall 9
- CityCube Berlin Entrance Foyer (East)
- Hub27
The checkrooms are open one hour before the fair opens until one hour after the fair closes. Costs: 3.00 Euro per checkroom item and 6.00 Euro per piece of luggage. There are no lockers.
Please note: The respective checkroom cannot be identified by the checkroom tags. Please remember which checkroom you left your belongings in. If in doubt, please contact one of our information counters.

All important information is clearly displayed here. As all exhibitor data, events and plans are stored directly in the app, you always have all the relevant information at your fingertips, even offline: ITB Berlin App.
To find suitable contacts and coordinate appointments before your visit to the trade fair, all you need as a participant is a ticket to access our new matching platform, ITB Match & Meet.
Trade visitors are given access to registration when they purchase a ticket or redeem a ticket code and can start creating their profile straight away - simply and efficiently!
Your basic information from the ticket registration will be automatically transferred to your personal profile on itb.com/match&meet with a single click on the personal link in your ticket purchase email.
Note: When purchasing multiple tickets, please enter the individual business mail for each ticket so that a personal ITB Match & Meet profile is available for each individual ticket holder.

Services
At ITB Berlin, we offer a free shuttle service on the exhibition grounds, which you can use to move quickly from hall to hall.
To reach the exhibition grounds, we recommend using public transportation. You can find more information about your arrival here.
There is no official hotel shuttle service to the exhibition grounds.
Free basic Wi-Fi will be available to exhibitors and trade visitors, suitable for simple internet use and email communication. Access is via the guest network, no password required.
The Exhibitor Service Center is located in the Großer Stern (between Hall 10.2/11.2, 3rd floor). Opening hours:
24 February - 5 March: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
6 March: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
The Messe shop store is located on the summer garden side of Hall 6.2 opposite the Marshallhaus.

Arrival and departure
Detailed information on arrival and departure as well as transport connections in Berlin can be found in our travel service.
We generally recommend using public transportation or cabs, as there are only limited parking spaces available directly at the exhibition grounds. The parking spaces are marked on our site map.
The parking lots P1, P2, P4, P5, P6, P9, P11, P13a are on public roads. You can also find out more about this via info@messe-berlin.de.
Paid parking spaces: P14, P18 (€20/day)
If you have any questions, please contact the diplomatic mission in your country/region. Further information on the visa procedure, the requirements for obtaining a visa, visa fees and application forms in various languages can be found on the “Visa regulations” page of the Federal Foreign Office and on the respective websites of the embassies and consulates. To ensure that you receive your visa in good time before the trade fair, we advise you to apply for a visa as early as possible. You can apply for a visa up to three months before your arrival. As a rule, a letter of invitation from the trade fair organizer is not required.

Please note that cabs are not allowed to enter the exhibition grounds and that it is only possible to get in and out at the exhibition entrance.
Depending on the traffic situation, a cab ride from BER airport takes approx. 45 minutes and costs approx. 40 €. Depending on the public transport connection, you will need approx. 60 minutes for the journey and a ticket for zones ABC.
Most of the parking spaces around the exhibition grounds are not managed. They are part of the public road area and are free of charge. We recommend the use of public transportation.
Trade fair grounds
You will find a clear hall plan with color-coded hall assignments on our website. An overview of all exhibition areas with further information can be found in the hall plan
The interactive hall plan is available in the ITB Berlin App to help you plan your visit to the trade fair and is updated regularly. You can use this plan to take a closer look at individual halls and exhibition stands. General hall plans can be found here.

You can find the restaurants and snack bars at ITB Berlin in the Catering Guide, which we will provide to you at the beginning of 2026.
Charging stations for mobile devices are located:
- CityCube Berlin (Messedamm entrance)
No, pets are generally not allowed on the exhibition grounds. Messe Berlin does not offer accommodation in the entrance areas. Access for guide dogs and assistance dogs is permitted.
Our support staff will be happy to help you at the information counters on the exhibition grounds. They will provide you with general information and tips on the respective events.
Unfortunately, there are no dedicated nursing and changing rooms.
However, the Raum der Stille is available (on the Summer Garden side of Hall 6.2, diagonally opposite the Marshall House) as a space for retreat.
Tickets
Tickets for ITB Berlin 2026 are available starting Fall 2026 in the ITB Berlin Ticketshop!
The available payment methods are listed in ticketshop.
No, the day ticket only entitles visitors to one visit per day. Once you have left the exhibition grounds, it cannot be used again on the same day. If you need to interrupt your visit to the trade fair in urgent cases, please contact the relevant supervisor in the entrance areas before leaving the exhibition grounds.
The tickets are non-refundable according to the general terms and conditions.
You can return to the purchase process via the link in the confirmation email with which you received your ticket. By selecting “Edit details”, you can make the adjustment yourself.
If you have already purchased a ticket, please purchase another ticket.
A certificate from the school must be presented at the entrance.
