HiJiffy is revolutionising customer communications in the hotel industry with a unique innovation: a campaign management tool that enables hoteliers to create and automate personalised communication campaigns throughout the guest journey - from pre-arrival to post-stay.
Based on real-time data from the hotel management system (PMS), this tool simplifies processes and offers personalised messages via WhatsApp, with an alternative sending option via SMS. This innovation addresses key challenges in the hotel industry by automating communications triggered by key customer actions, such as booking confirmations, check-in notifications or check-out messages.
Hotels can also plan campaigns at strategic times during the stay, such as breakfast offers, happy hour reminders or upselling offers. The Campaign Manager offers advanced segmentation capabilities that allow hotels to target their audience based on criteria such as demographics, preferences and interaction history. In addition, dynamic messaging capabilities allow hotels to include personalised details such as the guest's name or room type to ensure that each interaction is personalised.
The tool optimises communication via WhatsApp at every key stage of the guest journey:
- Pre-arrival - booking confirmation, online check-in link, personalised offers (upgrades, spa treatments).
- On arrival - Wi-Fi codes, check-in information, breakfast times.
- During the stay - real-time updates on events, loyalty offers or promotions.
- After the stay - review requests, thank you messages, discounts for future bookings.
