With your accreditation you will receive your badge and your personal link for Match & Meet. Use this, your link, to:

1. Create profile - After purchasing your accretitation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your personal link to ITB Match & Meet. Please confirm your registration via the link in your inbox. This additional step, enabled by the new two-factor authentication, ensures that no unauthorized person can misuse external email addresses.

2. Connect - Find suitable contacts before the trade fair and coordinate appointments.

The official opening of ITB Berlin will take place on Monday, March 3, at 6 p.m. with the Opening Ceremony in the CityCube Berlin. This event is exclusively for invited guests and by personal invitation. Accreditation is NOT sufficient for admission, as this is not a press event.

We have a limited number of tickets available for media, blogger and creators who will be reporting on the opening event. Selected media and creators will be invited separately.

Media Events

The central contact point for journalists at ITB Berlin is the Media Center. ITB Berlin offers you the best possible working conditions and a broad range of information services and materials. The nearest entrances for access to the Media Center are the main South Entrance and the CityCube.

The state-of-the-art Media Center in Hall 6.3 is open daily from 4 - 6 March 2025.

This is where you can find:

• The ITB Berlin Press Team,
• The media materials from the organizers,
• Around 200 journalist workstations,
• A lounge area with a dedicated press bar,
• Current information and event times and dates,
• Free Wi-Fi and workstations with LAN connections,
• Editorial offices

Please note that due to security precautions, there will be no lockers available at the ITB Berlin Media Center.

How can I access the WLAN?

The WLAN is available to all visitors to the exhibition grounds free of charge and without a password. Simply connect to the “ AlbaniaAllSenses@ITB ” network.

What can I use the WLAN for?

The Wi-Fi is intended for simple Internet use - such as surfing websites or checking e-mails. It is not suitable for data-intensive applications such as streaming or large downloads.

ITB Berlin 2025 - Convention

The opening press conference of ITB Berlin 2024 took place on 4 March at 10 a.m.

Opening Press Conference 2025 - will be announced soon.

Cloakrooms are located at the main entrances North Entrance and South Entrance.

Costs: You can use this service free of charge on presentation of your accreditation.

Please note: Please remember at which cloakroom you handed in your belongings. This cannot be seen on the cloakroom tokens.

Please contact presse-itb@messe-berlin.de if you are an accredited media representative or blogger - with technical equipment only. Your accreditation for ITB Berlin 2025 is required, it will be available online from December 2024, thank you!

Please note that only a limited contingent is available. A guarantee can therefore not be given.

We will facilitate access to the venue for broadcast vehicles and live/TV crews with equipment. Please email your request to presse-itb@messe-berlin.de as soon as you know your filming schedule (time, location, and crew details). Ensure all crew members are pre-registered online.
